Refund Policy
At West Mountain Plumbing, all service calls are subject to a diagnostic fee, which covers travel, inspection, and evaluation of the issue. This fee is non-refundable once the technician arrives on site, regardless of whether repairs are performed.
If you choose to proceed with repairs during the same visit, the diagnostic fee may be credited toward the total cost of service, depending on the scope of work.
Refunds are not issued for completed services, but we stand behind our workmanship. If you experience an issue related to the original repair, we will return to inspect and correct the problem at no additional charge, as long as it falls within our standard 30-day workmanship guarantee.
