Terms & Conditions
1. Service Agreement
All work is subject to written or verbal agreement before service begins. Estimates are provided based on visible conditions; unforeseen issues may result in additional charges, which will be discussed before proceeding.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and checks. Invoices not paid within 15 days may be subject to late fees.
3. Deposits
Larger projects or material-heavy jobs may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has started.
4. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a service call fee.
5. Refund Policy
Labor charges are non-refundable once work has been completed and approved. Defective materials provided by us will be replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Warranty
We offer a 30-day workmanship warranty on most repairs unless otherwise stated. Product warranties are honored per the manufacturer’s terms.
7. Liability
West Mountain Plumbing is not responsible for pre-existing plumbing issues or damage resulting from outdated infrastructure. We are not liable for delays caused by permits, third-party suppliers, or weather conditions.
